Helmich Fuite, originally a baker, founded our family business in the early 20th century. He depended on a local windmill for his flour supplies, but with his forward-thinking and enterprising nature, he decided to build his own engine-driven mill to be self-sufficient. The by-product of his milling was used as animal feed, and this product soon became the main activity of the company.
Acquisition
FuitePoultry was created in January 2022 after the Fuite Group acquired poultry processing firm H. de Vries Pluimveeverwerkende Industrie. High-quality chicken products are supplied from our production location. We’ve made various investments in the meat processing lines, to prepare our poultry processing company for a lasting future.
